Prize Draw Terms & Conditions – 'What Makes a Great Funding Opportunity?' Survey

1. Promoter: The prize draw is organised by Grantify.
   
   
2. Eligibility:
   
   • Entry is open to those aged 18 or over.
     
   • Employees of Grantify, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
     
   • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
     
     
3. How to Enter:
   
   • To enter, participants must complete the ‘What Makes a Great Funding Opportunity?’ survey during the Entry Period.
     
   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
     
     
4. Entry Period:
   
   • The prize draw opens on 7th May and closes on 12th May 2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
     
     
5. Prize:
   
   • One winner will receive a $250 Amazon voucher (delivered digitally via email).
     
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
     
     
6. Winner Selection & Notification:
   
   • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.
     
   • The winner will be notified by email.
     
   • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
     
     
7. Data Protection:
   
   • Personal data collected during the entry process will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
     
     
8. General:
   
   • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this prize draw and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
     
   • This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Amazon.
     
   • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
