Full applications for 2026 close on 4 November at 5pm Brussels time. Short applications go in first and take four to six weeks to come back, so the realistic window to start is now. After that, the second draft of the 2027 programme cuts the number of deadlines from six to four, with four cut-offs:

Yes. Since the UK re-associated to Horizon Europe, UK-registered companies can apply for the grant-only route of the EIC Accelerator, worth up to €2.5M. The equity and blended-finance routes are for companies in EU member states and other associated countries.
Blended finance combines a grant with an EIC equity investment of €1M to €10M. Grant-only is the grant on its own. UK companies apply for grant-only, which means no equity is taken.
You'll need to have completed TRL 5 (prototype technology validated in a relevant environment). The grant funds you from there to TRL 8, market-ready. If you're earlier than that, register anyway; the platform will match you to UK grants for your stage.
Up to €2.5M total funding (even if your project is greater than the total funding on offer), covering up to 70% of eligible project costs. You fund the remaining share. It covers development, testing, validation, hiring and the work needed to get to market.
No. The EIC Accelerator funds single companies as well as collaborative projects. You apply on your own.
The short application takes most Grantify founders under a week to prepare, and the EIC responds in around four to six weeks. Full applications are assessed in eight to nine weeks after the batching date, followed by a jury interview with a decision two to three weeks after that.
Overall, around one in twenty full applications is funded, and most short applications don't get past Stage 1. The biggest single improvement you can make to your odds is not applying if you're not a fit, which is why we match you first. The second is giving the evaluators exactly what they're marking, which is what the platform and our specialists are there for.
