Grantify Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Overview

Grantify offers a referral program to reward partners for introducing eligible new clients to our services. By participating in the Grantify Referral Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Referral Commission

Standard Reward: The standard referral commission is $400 USD per successful referral.

Note: Some partners may have a bespoke commission structure agreed directly with Grantify. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the standard commission amount applies.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a referral commission, the referred lead (the "referee") must:

• Be introduced via the referrer’s unique UTM tracking link.
  
  
• Complete Grantify’s eligibility quiz and book a call with our team.
  
  
• Be approved to onboard by the Grantify team (based on likelihood of success).
  
  
• Successfully onboard and make both initial and follow-up payments.
  
  
• Complete a 14-day cooling-off period following their second payment, without requesting a refund.
  
  

If a refund is issued during this period, the referral will be deemed unsuccessful, and no commission will be paid.

Referral Process

1. Referral Submission: Referrers must share their unique UTM link with potential leads who meet our eligibility criteria.
   
   
2. Lead Journey: The lead will complete our eligibility quiz, attend a call, and if approved, begin onboarding.
   
   
3. Commission Trigger:
   
   
   • First payment is due upon signing the contract.
     
     
   • Second payment follows 30 days later.
     
     
   • After the 14-day refund period post-second payment, the referral is marked successful.
     
     
4. Payout Timing: Referral commissions are processed in two monthly payment runs: mid-month and end-of-month. You will be notified via email when your commission is scheduled for payment.
   
   

Additional Information

• Unlimited Referrals: There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make. Each successful referral that meets the criteria is eligible for commission.
  
  
• Payment Method: Commission payments are made via bank transfer.
  
  
• Tracking: Grantify uses UTM links to track referrals. Only leads who sign up via the official tracking process are eligible.
  
  
• Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with referral income in your jurisdiction.
  
  

Terms of Participation

• Eligibility: The program is open to approved Grantify partners and collaborators.
  
  
• Fair Use: Grantify reserves the right to review and withhold rewards if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or misuse of the program.
  
  
• Amendments: Grantify may update or discontinue this program at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or published on the partner portal.
  
  

Liability

Grantify is not liable for delays, technical failures, or misdirected referrals caused by external systems, errors in UTM link use, or incorrect submission of lead data.
